Our newest Jackshaft deletes the tapered collar and bearing in the chain case. Simply a new bearing and snap ring, eliminates special tools for install and maintenance you are now free of any chance of failure.

Motor Mounting System
The Engine Jack shaft delete system with acceleration and deceleration limit stops has been designed to take the shock loads out of the drive belt on de-cells and put it into the limit stops instead of yanking on the belt drive extending your belt life.
ON average 100 miles of trail riding the belt will see 500 plus de-cell cycles and each time the engine de-cells the clutches slightly over shifts which is one of the problems we see with such a relentless power plant.
By allowing the engines to have some movement from the Jack shaft this system allows you to set the center to center at 11.5 inches, when this dimension cannot move the loads have to be put into the drive belt this is why we uncoupled the engine from the Jack shaft so we have some forgiveness which repays you with longer belt life.
